Return Process

  Carefully pack the timepiece in its original luxury box, ensuring all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe arrival at our inspection center; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
